LICS, RTA, and CADE will hold welcome receptions the evening before the start of the conference at the Rutgers University Faculty Club (#63 on map (uncompressed)). The LICS and RTA receptions will be held Friday, 26 July, 17:30-19:30; the CADE reception will be held Tuesday, 30 July, 17:30-19:30. CAV will hold a reception in conjunction with its business meeting, Wednesday, 31 July, 20:00-22:00.

A joint banquet for LICS and RTA participants will be held on Monday, 29 July at 19:00 at the Farrington Manor, a banquet site near New Brunswick. Dana Scott will be giving a talk after dinner. The cost of the banquet is $50 per person.

A joint banquet for CADE and CAV participants will be held on Thursday, 1 August on the Spirit of New Jersey Cruise Ship. Buses will leave for the cruise from the Hyatt at 18:30. The boat will cruise the Hudson River with spectacular views of New York City, including downtown Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. Amir Pnueli will be giving a talk after dinner. The cost of the banquet is $57 per person. Banquet tickets may run out; please sign up as soon as possible to assure your place.

CADE offers an excursion on the afternoon of 2 August at a cost of $25 per person. The fee includes admission to one of the following: New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Statue of Liberty and the Immigration Museum at Ellis Island, or the Liberty Science Center in Liberty State Park.
